About Is it a requirement to attend Toni&Guy Academy to work for their salons

Is it a requirement to attend Toni&Guy Academy to work for their salons?
I am a NY licensed hairstylist. Would like to work for Toni&Guy in Tampa,Fl. What do I need to do? Is there a fee for training? Would I need 150 hours of extra education for Florida with my NY license? What is the average weekly compensation I could expect as a colorist or hair stylist for T&G?Is there a waiting list for applicants? Would I need to work another job while my clientele is building, or, does T&G supply me with the clientele? What would be my plan of action to apply and get selected as a stylist or colorist at T&G? I have had my NY license for 5 years and worked in small salons in upstate NY.
